SOGH Emergency Department Closed Overnight

The SOGH emergency department in Oliver, BC was closed from 5 PM Tuesday to 7 AM Wednesday.

According to a report by the Times Chronicle (https://www.timeschronicle.ca/sogh-emergency-closed-tuesday-night-2), the SOGH emergency department in Oliver, BC was closed from 5 PM Tuesday to 7 AM Wednesday.

During this time, other inpatient services at SOGH will continue to operate. Patients are advised to call 911 for life-threatening emergencies and can seek non-emergency health information via HealthLink BC or HealthLinkBC.ca.

The Penticton Regional Hospital is recommended as an alternative for emergency care during the closure.
