Nomination papers filed for Osoyoos mayor, council and water councillor races

The nomination period has closed for the 2026 Town of Osoyoos general local election, with six people seeking the mayor’s chair, 13 seeking seats on town council and three seeking the two water councillor positions.

The names released by the Town remain preliminary.

The nominations are not official until they have been reviewed and certified by Chief Election Officer Marg Coulson.
