COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE Petitions & Delegations

Pam Warkentin, Executive Director of the Canadian Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists, presented the Radon Community Report , which summarized the results of the free radon testing conducted in the community.

The final report on the Transportation Master Plan was presented to Council.

A public hearing was held for 28 Empire Street (Z26-02). Following the hearing Council gave third reading to Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1395.13, 2026 .

Council approved Firefighting Apparatus and Equipment Testing and Replacement Policy, FIRE-004.

Council consented to the adoption of the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen Environmental Conservation Service Establishment Bylaw No. 2690, 2016 , on behalf of the electors of the Town of Osoyoos.

Council appointed Marg Coulson as Chief Election Officer for the purpose of conducting the 2026 General Local Election.
