Council approved the amended Purchasing Policy (POL-034) .

Council reviewed a variety of water conservation strategies for both the municipality and residents.

Council received a letter regarding voluntary and involuntary complex care from Southern Interior Local Government Association (SILGA).

Council reviewed a Development Variance Permit application (DVP26-02) for 8 Chardonnay Court requesting a reduction to the off-street parking requirements. Council postponed its decision to allow staff to provide additional information regarding the driveway dimensions.

Council authorized staff to execute the Third Amendment to the Waste Collection Agreement between the Town of Osoyoos and Waste Connections of Canada Inc.

Council consented to a dding the Town of Osoyoos to the service area boundaries established under the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen Environmental Conservation Service Establishment Bylaw No. 2690, 2016.

Council authorized the execution of the Interagency Funding and Collaboration Agreement between the Osoyoos Indian Band, the Town of Osoyoos, the Town of Oliver, and the Regional District Okanagan Similkameen.
