To date, no nominations have been received for the elected positions of WATER COUNCILLOR in the Osoyoos general local election. Water Councillors must reside on a property served by Osoyoos water systems 8 or 9, in the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen Area A. Water Councillors represent the interests of water customers in system 8 and 9 at the Osoyoos Council meetings, and vote on water matters pertaining to those water system areas. Persons interested in being nominated for the elected position of Water Councillor may pick up nomination packages online at osoyoos.ca or at the municipal office, 8707 Main Street, Osoyoos, BC between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Nomination documents must be submitted to the Chief Election Officer by Friday, September 11, 2026 at 4:00 pm.
