Osoyoos Hockey Twins Drafted by Pittsburgh Penguins

Times Chronicle reports that Markus and Liam Ruck, Osoyoos hockey twins, were selected in the NHL Entry Draft.

According to Times Chronicle (https://www.timeschronicle.ca/osoyoos-hockey-twins-will-both-be-wearing-penguins-jerseys), Markus and Liam Ruck, Osoyoos hockey twins, were both drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the NHL Entry Draft. Liam was picked 22nd overall, while Markus was selected 39th overall.

The twins, who played for Medicine Hat Tigers, had excellent seasons, with Markus scoring 21 goals and 87 assists, and Liam scoring 45 goals and 59 assists. This marks the highest-drafted set of twins since the Sedin brothers in 1999.

Both twins will attend the Penguins' development camp this week and main training camp later this summer. Penguins captain Sidney Crosby congratulated them on their draft selections.
