According to Castanet Oliver/Osoyoos, the Oliver winery will be hosting an event on August 4 in celebration of International Owl Awareness Day.
Lauren Meads from the Burrowing Owl Conservation Society of BC and burrowing owl ambassador Pluto will be attending the event.
The winery will also be hosting conservation work and answering questions about support through their tasting program.
