Oliver Firefighters and Community Unite for Film Screening

The Oliver Fire Department and local theatre are teaming up to host a fundraising screening of 'Only The Brave,' a film based on real-life firefighting efforts, in support of recovery from the Summerland wildfire. Scheduled for September 14th, attendees will have an opportunity to meet firefighters and enjoy a special movie night.

The Oliver Fire Department and the Oliver Theatre are coming together to host a fundraising event that aims to raise awareness about local firefighters' work and gear used in real calls. The event, titled 'Only The Brave,' is based on true stories of firefighting efforts in Prescott, Arizona's Yarnell Hill Fire.

Proceeds from the movie screening will support both the Oliver Fire Department and the recovery efforts for the Summerland wildfire. Attendees can expect a meet-and-greet with firefighters starting at 6:00 PM followed by the film screening at 7:00 PM.
