Oliver Fire Department Investigates Unexplained Landfill Blaze

The Oliver Fire Department is currently investigating an unexplained fire at the local landfill, with crews advising residents to stay clear of the area.

Despite efforts to contain the situation, Oliver Fire Department has not yet determined the cause of the fire at the landfill. Crews have been asked to stay clear due to ongoing water shuttle operations off Black Sage Road and Orchard Grove Lane.

Residents are being advised to avoid the area until further notice as firefighters work to assess the damage and ensure public safety.
