Castanet Oliver/Osoyoos reported that the BC Hockey Conference announced Dylan Hood as the new assistant coach and athletic trainer of the Osoyoos Coyotes. Hood, a native of Osoyoos, British Columbia, has returned to his hometown after a 15-year professional hockey career.

Hood previously worked overseas, leading a team to 279 points over 136 games. He also founded Hood Athletic Edge, focusing on athlete performance. The announcement was made by the BC Hockey Conference over the weekend.
