A new report from Re/Max reveals that recreational property prices in Penticton, Osoyoos, and Summerland dropped by 6.6% over the past year. This shift has established a favorable buyer’s market in the region, bringing the average recreational property value down to $723,994. However, values are projected to rebound and rise by 5% over the coming 12 months.
